How to Vote

Please carefully follow the official voting instructions that will be included with the second mailing from the Association. If the official instructions differ from this summary, the official instructions control.

Important: You may vote for a maximum of THREE (3) candidates only. If more than three candidates are selected, the ballot may be invalid and not counted.

Election mailings

There will be two mailings sent to all unit owners. The first mailing was already sent on June 26, 2026 and notified owners of the upcoming election. The second mailing will be sent approximately 2-3 weeks before the election and will include the official voting instructions and ballot.

Election deadline

All ballots must be received by the election deadline on August 26, 2026. If mailing your paper ballot, allow sufficient time for delivery to Marina Palms North. Ballots received after the deadline cannot be counted.
